Just Where Are These Americans Who Are So Irresponsible The Right Refers To?

In response to an earlier video where I ask what exactly is this "Old America" that many on the political right in America claim to want to return to, a viewer responded (paraphrasing) that he would like to see more responsibility in life assumed by the populace. But after watching American society up close in a poverty-stricken inner-city environment, all I see are people hustling every day to make ends meet.
