It will allow corporations to sue governments for future loss of profits
Privatizing corporate profits while socializing corporate liabilities.
It will allow corporations to sue governments for not enforcing laws designed to protect their profits and allow corporations to sue governments for laws which they believe inhibit them from profiting such as environmental regulations or labor laws.
This is like viagra for people like the Koch Brothers

who introduces this "agreement" to the American people :
1) proves that he/she is a corporatist with no regard for Americans (or anyone)
2) Should be considered for impeachment
3) loses any credibility
4) is a POS
