Russell Brand - The only thing that matters to any of us is Love

Tim Shieff·Published on Nov 21, 2013

What a privilege it was to edit the words of one of the greatest men of our generation.

Having said that this video is not about Russell Brand at all it is about the message and that message has never been more simple, its LOVE.

I share a lot of the same beliefs with Russell and was inspired to do this project as he says things I feel and in such an open, honest and pure way on media platforms in the public eye.

Trimmed from hours of inspiring, loving and pure truth interviews/talks Russell has been involved in throughout the last year.

I do not own any of the rights to the visual or audio content within this video. It was made as creative project. An expression of newage theories in a somewhat artistic way.

...planet's version of a sociopath. Killing indiscriminately without apparent reason. Unfortunately, we don't get to participate in the game and referee it at the same time.

- There is no such thing as a ''seedless life'' with all the pips and other difficulties removed. The sociopath's main function in life is to remind us what normal is. What good is. What love is. We must learn this lesson until it overwhelms everything......

We call ourselves human. Yet we have no idea what that really means. Still, we must be awesome! Think about it. There isn't a single organ in one's body that won't make you terribly sick if not dead if it were only operating at 5-10% (or less) of its capacity.

Your heart can't phone in the beats and take the rest of the day off. Your lungs MUST catch each breath on-time when needed and surely can't afford to take any percent of the day off either.

And yet that is exactly what our brains do. Our brains are so awesome that we can live using less than 10% of its ability. Can you imagine how bad we must be at 100%? And don't even get me started on the programming. The D. The N. And the A.

We use about 3% of that. What kind of magic do you think we'd be capable of if we had access to the other 97%? AND 100% of our brains!?!?! Likewise, think of how much danger we'd be in a place like that with nothing but naked apes (as we have now) running the show with all that power!?!?! That's why the world's in turmoil. The dark has to go. It can't be allowed into ''The New'' which is in the process of becoming.

Wake up, it's morning.

at the system and at the banks. I encountered quite some (young) fellow Occupiers who spoke of love as being the solution to everything. Back then, I thought, these people don't have their feet on the ground.

Without going into great detail, these people are right. Just try out what giving random strangers a genuine smile and an "hello" does to them, and you. My anger is still there, but now I want to channel it into a force for good, with action for tangible alternatives, instead of being just "against", since that also feeds the system.
