doing what he has been told which is to have absolutely no regard for anyone other than his own kind and their beliefs.

The Supreme Court has issued a stay halting gay marriages but only until the 10th Circuit has had an opportunity to issue a ruling. But this doesn't mean anyone won anything. The trial court, in my opinion, should have stayed its own decision because the judge knew his decision would be appealed.

Should the 10th Circuit uphold the trial court's ruling and not issue a stay of its own decision, gay marriages would resume.

The state could then again ask the Supreme Court to issue a stay pending an appeal to the Supreme Court.
