This is bullshit that this is allowed to continue, the charter says the cia can not do domestic surveillance, if this happened with the NYPD how do we know that it is not going on thru out the country. This must be stopped or it will get worse and at some point they will run to the court and say we have an imminent threat and that the country needs the help of the cia and then it will get expanded.

does this really surprise anyone? Funny how 9/11 was used as a springboard for so many illegal covert activities perpetrated by our "intelligence" community under the guise of fighting the Al-Qaida boogieman.
