that both drivers were colliding with each other? From the video, the woman reports that one car was chasing and following closely and that they were weaving in and out of traffic ...

Isn't it more likely that one driver was ramming and the other was trying to escape?

I'd hate to think that the driver with the two-year old in the back is actively trying to ram the other car, even if in retaliation.

Without video, it's hard to say what happened.

This is a jerk ex-boyfriend lashing out.

Usually, road rage happens between two strangers, as a direct result of what one of them does to the other while driving.
