I suppose her problem is that drugs are bad and they start with d and that rhymes with p and that stands for pot (trouble, trouble, trouble, trouble). She's a witless twit underneath all that peroxide and heavy makeup and it shows really badly in this segment. She just can't seem to stop talking, digging herself deeper with every ignorant word.

The only sensible response to people this disconnected from reality is a laugh followed by twirling your index finger next to your temple.

People smoking dope tend to get very mellow and non-violent, unlike some alcoholics. As usual, Grace is talking out of her ass.

However, I think there is a small grain of truth in what she says about driving under the influence of pot, at least in my experience. When I was young and foolish I smoked a lot of marijuana along with my friends when I was a musician and would drive to and from music gigs. It does affect your ability to drive. It would give my mind a sort of tunnel vision where my focus narrowed down significantly and I wasn't always aware of what was going on around me. It also made me very paranoid and over-react to other drivers. I saw the same effect on my friends when they would drive. I almost ran over a girl late one night when making a right turn at a light and didn't notice her in the crosswalk. I'll never forget her scream when I came within inches of her. After that, I stopped partaking when behind the wheel.
