He wants his State to waste who knows how much money litigating a clearly unconstitutional restriction on a woman's right to terminate her pregnancy. After all, taking this kind of a case to the Supreme Court is not cheap.

I'm sure that is money the poor people of Kentucky could use to pay heating bills and buy food for their families, but oh no, this fucker has to ruin a perfectly good and necessary piece of legislation, and cost his State untold millions of dollars just so he can grandstand for awhile in front of his backward, misogynist supporters. It's disgraceful!
