To All Volkswagen Employees and Southerners: We Would Love Those Union Jobs

After the close election by Volkswagen workers in Chattanooga, TN to not unionize under the banner of The United Auto Workers, representatives of the company's work's council say the company is unlikely to expand into the American south without establishing a works council in the plants, something that requires unionization under U.S. law. David is here to say, through song and words, that the industrial heartland of the Midwest would love to have good union jobs and welcomes Volkswagens and its works council with open arms.
