that a business is a feudal kingdom. The owner, boss, CEO or head of the board gives orders like a king. He may ask his subordinates what they think but he makes the final decision just like a king. Never is a vote taken by the workers to make decisions like what to do with the profits of a business. All the important decisions of a business are really made by only a handful of kings and lords. These same people expect to do the same thing in a democratic environment. They like to give orders and democracy doesn't go well with that.
