If one goes to this website, you will see that over $2.3 trillion has not been accounted for since the beginning of the Bush 2 presidency.
These people should be held accountable and either jailed or find the money. It would not surprise me if some of it is sitting offshore in non-taxable retirement accounts for someone in charge, but whoever it is needs to be held accountable as well as those companies and people that are holding their money offshore.
They are surviving on the backs of we the taxpayers. I find the companies as well as those who hold money offshore pathetic as they are relying on us to "cover" their taxes for them. Sadly, we have a congress that will do nothing about this. They are afraid of losing an election that would prevent their gravy train of dollars coming in from donors.

Complete Campaign Finance Reform! There is ZERO political will to hold the corporations and the 1% accountable for their actions and responsible for the taxes they should be paying. Democrats are subtle about it, but just as bought off by all of the money that Washington is swimming in!
We will never get rid of corruption without publicly funded elections.
