This follows the GOP belief that corporations are people too. All republicans have to do is have a conversation with the corporations and ask how they'd feel if someone discriminated against them.

Make them think about it, and they'll put fairness ahead of profit.

It simply provides one more set of legal tools that could be used to challenge some disparities. Technically, you're probably right that it will eventually bring that 77 cents up somewhat. But there are many things that will have to change before the gap is substantially reduced or eliminated.

Imagine if they put a woman out there who would have spoken clearly - she doesn't use many pauses or stumbles over her words. People watching it would see this smart, intelligent woman and wonder 'Why shouldn't she be paid equally as a man'.

Instead by putting out a bumbling idiot of a woman what the GOP is subconsciously trying to do is say 'Look how silly this woman sounded, you think she deserves the same pay as a man. A man wouldn't have been as confusing.'

GOP wants to look like they support women but in the end they want the voters to think 'why? they aren't as equal as men'

We need to change her plans. She should run. I think she could win. Elizabeth Warren accusing a Republican of corruption is believable. Some of our other potential candidates accusing others of corruption is just a joke.

God bless Elizabeth Warren. My opinion: Backing Elizabeth Warren is the patriotic thing to do. I hope she keeps fighting for economic justice.
