No major bank has pleaded guilty to criminal charges in more than two decades. That may soon change.
According to the New York Times, federal prosecutors are preparing criminal charges against two of the worlds biggest banks, BNP Baribas and Credit Suisse.
Ring of Fire's Mike Papantonio guest hosts The Big Picture on RT America and joins author Nomi Prins to discuss how some bankers went from "too big to fail" to "too big for trial," and how federal prosecutors need to fight it.

(750 posts)Some real simple reasoning in todays politics, business, and banking system. Especially when we hear of another Bush that wants to be president. It isnt just the thought of too big to fail, it that these entities know they dont need to succeed.
Its that simple, for the thinking that you all may want to do or all the arguments that could fill all time and all blogs, these new Republicans the Bush one percenters know no matter what happens they dont have to succeed. The tax payer foots the bill, and the media makes a charade of the all the crimes.
Look at the history of the mainstream media and how it totally avoids telling the honest truth about the criminal Republican party of today. There is no conspiracy here this is just pain out right robbery because the judicial system is fixed and the media knows it
Mr. Papantonio knows it and has been exposing this for common sense, a long time now. Hats off to Mr. Papantonio for he is one fellow trying to reform the system to work in a fair way.
