Republicans are seeing some early successes of the Affordable Care Act, and damn
are they terrified. For some reason.
Ring of Fires Mike Papantonio and Sam Seder discuss the GOP discourse over ACA, including Tea Party candidate Greg Brannons declaration that there are death panels involved with Obamacare.

(1,349 posts)Which is why they're all-in on Benghazi again. Obamacare is working, and they don't want to get stomped trying to use it to win the midterms. They've gotten very silent on it over the past month or so.

In Georgia, there are 6 vile Republican Senate candidates. Every ad includes repealing Obama care. One candidate says he will resign if he can't get it repealed in first couple of years.

(23,975 posts)...I am going to hazard a guess that you are talking about the utterly vile Paul Broun. It is astonishing to me that someone who had to study embryology in med school could stand up and declare it to be "Lies from the pit of hell." I can't decide which is worse - someone who is really stupid enough to believe that or someone who is willing to pretend he does because that is what his "base" wants to hear. Dumb ass or mental prostitute - hmmmm.
Plus, having has a number of friends who were med students when I was a nursing student, I was under the impression that med school was damn hard. At least, in the early 70s, at the University of Rochester, it was.

Death panels from those idiots that would rather have their own constituents bite the dust than to give Medicaid, Obamacare.
Alan Grayson said that it was the Republic0n plan...'if you get sick, die quickly'.
