AMC’s Mad Men got topical Sunday night with a dig at Republican hopeful Mitt Romney‘s father. Supporting character Henry Francis, the Director of Public Relations and Research for then-New York governor Nelson Rockefeller, took a swipe at George Romney, then-Governor of Michigan. “Well, tell Jim his honor’s not going to Michigan,” Francis snaps. “Because Romney’s a clown and I don’t want him standing next to him.” ... <SNIP> ...
