2. I also think there's an age factor here - I've known several people with cancer -

lung, likely precipitated by cigarette smoking - and it's not something you forget. Once they get sick, boom, they are gone within months. One of the most horrible and cruel ways to die - one day you're smoking away, all kinds of plans for the future ... and then, the next day, you lose weight rapidly, get bedridden within weeks, and a few months later, you die. No time to retire, no time to travel, no energy to play ball with your kids.

When I was in my 20's, I hadn't known enough people for long enough (outside family). But as I've said before, everyone wants to make their own mistakes, not learn from others who already made them. Signed, former 3 pack/day smoker.

man·slaugh·ter (mnslôtr)
n.
The unlawful killing of one human by another without express or implied intent to do injury.

If you blow toxic exhaust into someone's face and that causes death, you should be charged with murder. I don't see how you could argue that you did so without express or implied intent to do injury.

F*ck these goons! This isn't some children's game gone wrong. It's assault!

(PS--I'm not a lawyer, but it seems to me if you spray a toxic material into someone's face, you're looking to harm that person).

It is impossible to reason with a person that has no education and ability to understand the problem. These people are beyond hope.

who rides a bicycle! He got smoked out by one of those idiots who must have mistaken him for a Obama-voting-weenie. He was wondering how somebody (one of his brethren no less) could do such a thing. He said it hurt his lungs. I told him that was just the exhaust products reacting with the moisture in his lungs to form acids.
