I am going to send them this clip! I just fail to understand how people can think no government can be good! It will always be beyond me how the brainwashing can be so successful!

It sounds like he'll be in big trouble if he doesn't keep every single customer he can. It's like he is a slave, scared to disappoint his master.

job. It's demeaning. He sounded desperate to save the customer.

Maybe he was.

A lot of Americans can't get work other than these horrible "service" jobs like sales and company representation over the telephone.

That Comcast needs to retain its customers so badly that it makes it difficult for them to cancel their service is a n indication as to how bad our economy is.
