Former half-term Alaska governor and ill-fated Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin took the ice bucket challenge for ALS research and the results were... curious.

Not only did Palin take her sweet time to get to the money shot, she also chose an unusual environment for staging her video, to say nothing of her bizarre use of tongs to retrieve ice for her Diet Dr. Pepper and the general crappiness of the video itself. *
