One that just about everyone would know is a lie when they hear it, and certainly one that could be definitively debunked by anyone with a smartphone in the time it takes to google "oil subsidies, I really have to wonder: is he just telling an awful ridiculous lie, or is is just so stupid that he doesn't know what's going on?
