United States Supreme Court Justice Rodger Taney: Dred Scott vs Sanford case.
CNN and the Rest of the media have this same mindset of 1857.
What has changed? The cancer of racism has permeated the US of America for life.

Where are the black men talk show host on MSNBC?
Rev Al don't count. Rev Al is there to rinse and repeat, "roll the tape" "listen to this" of what the repugs (corporate media reug control) said and did all day and all week.
Justice Roberts is no different. http://www.acslaw.org/acsblog/no-rights-which-the-white-man-was-bound-to-respect
thanks L. O. you made an attempt.

if the two witnesses have no ties to the community that alone makes them more credible

thats kind of investigation 101

if you have a assault. A friend of the person assaulted would be less credible then a stranger that happen to witness the assault.

What utter bullshit. Tiffany didn't know Michael Brown. They weren't friends.

Just because she lives near the area where he was shot, that makes her less credible?

Bullshit.

the other poster's reference to "ties to the community" in this case....means....other black people!!

So obvious.

If any kind of crime/incident occurs anywhere in the world, the witnesses will usually be people who live/work in the area. The notion that they automatically have less credibility because they're part of the community is so ridiculous.
