Media reports Lenin toppling: Did they report this the next day?

Ukraine:

Neo-Nazi groups (this one Right Sector) freely roam the countryside threatening Democratic expression.

In this case people who protested the next day after the removal of the Lenin statue in Kharkiv.
The removal of the statue was not "political expression", it was an act of intimidation. Meant to show the power of fascism in Ukraine. Because these acts are not being done by the general population but by right wing militants.

The are shouting "Lustration" (Lustration is the act recently adopted in Kiev whereby the government will "test" 1-2 million civil servants and declare whether they are "clean" or not).

This is a coordinated action that occurred in multiple places and part of what is basically a reign of terror. The fact that these right wing gangs continue to be allowed to do this 8 months into the new government speaks volumes about the state of the situation in Ukraine.

If an oligarch supported this kind of activity in any other western democracy (as in Ukraine) it would be considered terrorism and both the oligarch and the groups would be in jail. But apparently not in Ukraine.

I think you are a bit naïve about this country. Go to a Tea Party rally and talk with folks. You are going to hear statements like "Obama is a Communist" and "Our public schools teach children to be Socialists". If you question these folks further about what can be done you will hear some scary stuff. Many I spoke with at a rally here said citizens needed to do whatever it takes to stop Obama, including armed force. The Tea Party was created by the oligarch Koch brothers. The Tea Party faithful are convinced they are right and are willing to throw the democratic process out the window if need be. Couple this with the fact that they are armed to the teeth and you can see the potential for right wing violence. Do you really believe people like the Koch brothers want a democracy in this country? Do the oil barons in the Ukraine want one?

Since they've got it in their heads that any opposition to the hideous way Ukraine is going, translates directly into love for Putin, which of course means you hate the president.

Worthless fucking fascists - them and these assholes in these videos.

Putin let the former president of Ukraine do this. Really not much one can do. Fascists create Fascists. Putin really needs to stop encouraging this. Or he'll have real problems on his hands..

The president of Russia, because he tried to get an economic deal going with the former Ukrainian president, is to blame for the actions of these anti-Russian fascists who are attacking Ukranian politicians.

Interesting. so they are not responsible for their actions, nor is the current Ukrainian government that endorses and enables them. Because of course not.

Next, tell me a story about how Glen Greenwald is responsible for North Korea. I'm sure you can come up with something

and simplified media sound bites.

Yanukovich, for all of his bad attributes, would never have allowed a group like this to terrorize their people. Neither would have previous administrations. This is Unique and sole allowed by this administration.

Hell. the current Prime Minister and the temporary President (before Poroshenko) both just formed a new party with the leaders of several Neo-Nazi organizations including right sector. How freaking obvious does it have to get for our (supposedly) progressive mates here to get it?

Here is the meeting where the new party was formed. PM and former president on the stage, along with fascists. How obvious does it have to be?
