Thank you Rachael for raising such important questions about Mr. Duncan's Care. May his soul rest in peace and my sympathy to his family and friends. These questions are valid and hopefully with time they can be properly addressed.

Could it be because Mr. Duncan was black, an immigrant, lack of health insurance, an accent and so on the reasons for this substandard care? In my opinion, these are all valid questions. Unfortunately, the honest reasons may not be put forward because as a society we tend to turn our backs on people with these labels.
