from what Argentinians have told me. Americans have to pay $160 to get in the country and it must be paid before you get or land there.

Based on my sketchy understanding of Argentina politics, she seems to be the furthest to the left, which would naturally put her in the American crosshairs. (If there is anything we hate in this country as much as communism, it's populism!)

Also, Kirchner embarrassed the U.S. following the referendum in Crimea when she made a connection to the Malvinas (aka the Falklands).
