I used to defend most police, based on my local experience.

However, I question… SERIOUSLY question why it is so much easier today for monies confiscated from drug busts to armor a local police force's mission.

What IS the mission?

It's our money…

It's our country…

Who the fuck are you?

What Anonymous can do, but what ever it is, I hope they do it. These Police forces are out of control. They do not serve and protect anyone but the big money interests. If politicians are bought, than the cops who work for them, seem to be their attack dogs.

Dix every officer. Create a database on an offshore server, publicly accessible, where people can search officers by name, agency, and badge number and find their home address and telephone number. Hold protests, letter writing, and phone campaigns ti target individual officers.

Most officers have done nothing worth justifying their families to live in fear.

Just put cameras on 'em.

The cops NEED to live with a little fear in their lives, maybe then they wont be so qhick to violate peoples rights if they know the people will hold them accountable.

Darren Wilson, for instance, shouldnt be able to walk out his door without a crowd protesting him and his actions. Its a state crime that MO is hiding him away.

If someone kills a 5 year old to punish dad, would you still consider that justified?

I didnt condone killing anyone at any point.

I would say if someone is partners to a cop, they should demand they find a more just and socially comscious line of work, otherwise they should divorce them.

We can reform the forces to ensure we have officers who respect citizens. We can end the War on Drugs and demilitarize the departments. The actions you wish to take seem overly vindictive.

seems to know that too many police forces are simply the private armies of the GREEDY BASTARDS and their sucking politicians. When does the revolution begin?

We need independent oversight boards.

You don't have to be Stanley Milligram to know that people will abuse authority in the absence of oversight.

As returning military veterans join police forces across the nation. They come well-equipped to view the populace as hostile.

been eroded. OWS showed us, as Ferguson has also demonstrated, they are not going to let us peaceably assemble to protest. The court system has shown us that now individuals harmed by corporations are not likely to be able to get a judgment and keep it without the conservative Courts of Appeals and State Supreme Courts overturning it. Our politicians are controlled by the big donors and no longer answer to us. Our social safety net is increasingly under attack and in severe danger of being taken away, along with all of the money taken out of our pay over the years. Climate Change is spreading faster than the experts have predicted, but nothing will be done in time to save billions from a horrible death. Our public education system, once the envy of the world, has been gutted. Our manufacturing has been almost completely outsourced to 3rd world countries. Unrest is growing and AMERICANS almost uniformly agree that our political system is broken and corrupt.
We are in deep shit!!!
What to do?
We need to fight for Publicly Funded Elections, no campaign contributions allowed. Also, lock the revolving door between government and industry. Now we have a national figure, Senator Bernie Sanders, who has made this his number 1 issue! We can make the complicit media air the campaign ads for free as a cost for using our public airwaves under license. Nothing will change for the better unless we take a stand now and put our support for Bernie out there to convince him we can support him enough for a real run at POTUS!!! Do you think that Hillary, or any other politicians interested in the job, will do the things necessary to turn this around?
Once we have politicians who represent us again and not corporations, we can set about to make the changes to get us back on the right track. Things like busting up the banking and media oligopolies, reigning in the MIC and the military budget and using that money to bolster education, infrastructure, and the environment. Raising taxes on the wealthy and closing the tax loopholes that were written to benefit only large corporations and extremely wealthy individuals. Most of our problems could be solved once the outside influences are silenced.
If we don't do something, things will continue to spiral down until America is no longer recognizable as a Democratic, free country country!
