It is a legal expedient to say that they violated protocol but does not homicide trump that distinction?
Does it matter what hold you used to strangle someone?

It reminds me of the Gitmo debate about putting a person who has a bug phobia in a box with a non-stinging species: with what kind of insect is it legal to drive somebody insane?

sounds like he was selling untaxed cartons and other things implied like drugs because he's black. He was selling single cigarettes for food money. No drugs or other contraband. That's it. She is just evil and despicable. No one could be uglier. I am doing a slow, slow burn. Crock pot still on low.
