Know if the language contained in the TPP provisions still carries a serious penalty, including jail time, for discussing various aspects of the TPP?

Here is the type of thing that will be happening - Vattenfall is a Swedish company that is currently suing Germany because Germany decided to phase out nuclear plants....

http://www.spiegel.de/international/germany/vattenfall-vs-germany-nuclear-phase-out-faces-billion-euro-lawsuit-a-795466.html

According to Handelsblatt, Vattenfall has an advantage in seeking compensation because the company has its headquarters abroad. As a Swedish company, Vattenfall can invoke investment rules under the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT), which protect foreign investors in signatory nations from interference in property rights. That includes, according to the treaty's text, a "fair and equitable treatment" of investors.

The Swedish company has already filed suit once against the German government at the ICSID. In 2009, Vattenfall sued the federal government over stricter environmental regulations on its coal-fired power plant in Hamburg-Moorburg, seeking €1.4 billion plus interest in damages. The parties settled out of court in August 2010.

The Kochs must be delirious with joy - finally! the ability to get rid of those pesky regulations!
How anyone can be for this thing is beyond me, it really is.

Any Dem who votes for this needs to have their asses primaried and voted out of office in disgrace.

ANY Dem who supports this, in vote or in word, loses my vote forever.

And yet, the Third Way types will probably come on here and say, "How can you be against this if you don't know what's in it blah blah fucking blah?" They should all take Bill Hicks' advice about those who work in marketing.

The gig is up. Slowly the people are realizing democracy in America is a joke . I predict
the turn out in 2016 will be even lower . When half the U.S. population has no work and or sees no chance
of getting a productive living wage job maybe the up rising on the streets will begin .
