Hmmm...never could figure out why?? The one's that lived had kinda' strange looking children though...no hair and few teeth...not a pretty sight. Most people shy away from them. I do suspect they might go to other intrenet sites like ...ah...free public (or som'thing like that.)

built in 1955. They claim the water is clean to drink now in Miles City and the have sucked up 20,000 gallons. The ice is melting and making a big mess. The company is bragging how concerned they are and won't put one drop of oil in the line until this section is replaces with new better pipe. But they don't tell you they don't have a choice, because the gov. regulators ordered it.
