I know a guitarist who plays in a similar style and a bassist who plays like that... it's amazing. I'm trying to learn a stringed instrument - I know, at my age, right? - and wish I could play like that some day.

I loved the dearly departed Michael Hedges's hammer-on technique, and as a basic guitar player, who has NEVER managed that, I'm simply in awe of this guy.

That was great!

He was unspeakably talented, and I feel lucky to have seen him live. He died too young
