Jeffery didnt school anyone. Im no fan of Nancy but she wasnt talking about if the death penalty was good or bad or if the defended should get it. She was saying she thinks its wrong to talk about the death penalty trial like buying a car.

I actually think Toobin's response was dumb and made no sense for the conversation. If you ask me, Nancy schooled him with her response. "was that a question?' "I'm happy to hear your opinion"

....gather a firing squad together, shoot the person, all because 2 people saw the person stab somebody 2 blocks away....at night.

Sorry, but that's my feeling about the woman. She's nasty and mean.

It's rare to find such a "TOOL" on just about any subject. She is in the Michelle Bachmann class of "Tool". She was shredded on cannabis as well not long ago. What a complete tool...

that the death penalty, if it is to be used at all, should be reserved only for cases in which the evidence of guilt in premeditated murder is so clear and incontrovertible as to be indisputable. Two people seeing the act from two blocks away in the dark of the night does not seem to me to fit these qualifications. But I'm just on the outside looking in on this one, and have not been following the case. All I can do is to opine on what has been presented so far in this discussion. My sentiments exactly about Nancy Grace - she seems to be a law and order wingnut, a perennial friend of the prosecution in murder cases, who seems more than a little mean and insensitive, like a vampire out for blood.
