This absolutely must see tv and it's great there is journalist like Bill Moyers out there. The bad thing is that he's getting up in age.

1. Media, money and elections

The entire election process in the United States has turned into one big money pit. The 5 corporations who own our media are primary benefactors of this corrupt system and will be front line opponents in any effort to reform the system. How much money will get spent on elections in America in 2012? When you factor in all of the state and local elections the numbers would have to be insane. And the lions share of that money goes to the media. If we're going to reform the system they're going to be primary opponents along with most sitting politicians. It's going to be an epic struggle.
