2. The condition known as STUPID

has sent legions to their demise through history. Even though STUPID is easily diagnosed, and cures readily available, it manages to prevail once it gets a toe hold. Tragically, even those who recognize STUPID - and take seemingly adequate precautionary measures against a spreading pandemic of it - can die as a result of just being near the STUPID as that plague plays out. Think of the two "World Wars". Think of ANY wars, for that matter. STUPID fills cemeteries and creates vast new ones before it peters out.

Here, in Ted Cruz, we have a textbook example of STUPID. We all watch and laugh as it festers and germinates and starts to feign a human being. But this is no next generation George Carlin. This is EVIL INCARNATE. When Cruz laughs, we get a glimpse of what the grim reaper really looks like. This is a TEA Party alright. The kind of tea party the Mad Hatter serves up. And just as surely as I (and others) can readily identify this rabid vermin, I (and others) can be impacted by the torturous symptoms that the it will inflict upon us if it isn't stopped in it's tracks.
