TYT: Will The Iran Nuclear Deal Be Killed In Congress?
Cenk Uygur (
http://www.twitter.com/cenkuygur) host of The Young Turks discusses a deal being moved through the Senate that might allow Congress to vote to approve or disapprove the Iran Nuclear Deal the Obama Administration has set to be signed at the end of June, 2015.
"In a bold move by Senators on the Foreign Relations Committee it seems that there is a deal in place in the Senate that would allow a vote in favor of giving Congress the ability to approve or kill the Nuclear Deal with Iran that would limit the Middle Eastern country's ability to manufacture enriched materials for the purpose of creating a nuclear weapon. The move is being spear headed by Republican Tennessee Senator Bob Corker, the panel's chairman, who claims that this allows the process of government to maintain its integrity.
If approved the bill would cripple the Obama Administration from lifting sanctions on Iran without the express approval of Congress."
