3. Just long enough to finish my organic steel cut and flat oatmeal breakfast

Topped off with organic juice and a slice of Dave's Killer 21 grains and seeds organic bread. The oatmeal was purchased in bulk and the juice came from our local farmer's market, while Dave's bread is best purchased at Costco along with some organic berries, as a treat.

I crave it. The thought of that delicious juice alone gets me out of bed. I'm not a coffee drinker.
