then it was dry-docked.
Here's a photo when it had a small outboard motor.
It's interesting to read that it "has been fully outfitted with a new boiler and steam engine." At an earlier time, some of the rusting hull had also been patched and replaced. Maybe they did more of that as well.

It was on Catalina Island.
I wonder if they really have the real African Queen.
