Dr. Richard Wolff, Professor of Economics Emeritus at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and author of Democracy at Work: A Cure for Capitalism joins Thom to talk about Mondays historic lows in the financial markets. Richard Wolff breaks down Chinas economy and if the devaluation of the yuan is the root to this market meltdown. Then Thom and Richard take a look at the U.S. economy and review wage growth, inequality, and pensions.

but I could listen to Prof. Wolff endlessly. Like Bernie, he speaks directly and candidly about the U.S. and world wide economy, His take on pensions resonated in particular with me, and once again, I'm so appreciative of the one I receive from Cal STRS. I depend on it, damn it!
