When was the last time you heard of that many Democrats working that hard just to do the right thing?

A) Kept liberals sane during the Bush years,
B) Did a lot to undue the systematic denigration conservative spin doctors had done to the word liberal (ie-the Matt Santos clip below), and
C) Did a lot to set the stage to elect a liberal President, by showing the public a model of what kinds of things a liberal President would do.

(5,954 posts)But I think both John Goodman and Alan Alda would go home at the end of a day's shooting, and feel like they needed a shower after playing those characters.
