She was waiting for others to make a decision, so she wouldn't have to.

Yes Hillary began the process of having TransCanada lobbyists write the State Departments environmental impact report. Of course the report stated there would be no impact at all.

Hillary opposes it now because it is a distraction to her campaign. NASA's Prof James Hansen said XL Keystone Pipeline was game over for the planet!

So Hillary just wants to triangulate the future health of our planet and all species. Since she left the door open, by this is only a distraction, she could approve of it in the future.

We need to fix pipelines and rail? How about the oil/gas and train industries fix them via regulation and we, the tax payer don't subsidize it.
