Why Are American Police So Incompetent? Killer Cops Run Amok

American police are killing innocent people in record numbers. That statistics between European and U.S. police violence are almost dark humor, with U.S. police shootings being 100 times more frequent than some countries. So what do we do to stop these Rambo cops from killing innocent civilians?

Local network news in my city had a (contracted) police trainer for the police force who stated he trains them to shoot to kill... the rationale sounded like the wounded bear is more dangerous kind of nonsense or the odds of missing are reduced; complete dehumanizing of poor and/or minority people. It was shocking. I thought police officers had to target practice to some degree of proficiency. I guess some/many have no personal integrity, or go along. Sad.
