It took the city of Chicago 14 months to release the video of a police officer brutally murdering an unarmed black suspect. Now that the footage is public, top officials are being fired and an investigation is taking place into the cover up. But will Rahm Emanuel actually let us know what happened, or will he continue his deceitful cover up of the truth?
