(22,666 posts)She won't say what Bernie said today. And she won't do any of it either. And they know it. They paid her not to. Mind you I like and admire Hillary and she'll get my vote if Bernie isn't nominated. But her Wall St. ties are of great concern to me. I don't think she'll be too interested in regulating them to the extent that they must be and in breaking up the big banks like they need to be.
So, there's that.
Thanks for posting. Great speech!

So that was a bit disappointing.
Then there was that whole, banks ripped us off,
nobody went to jail, blah blah blah.
Bottom line? He's a socialist. So come on Hilly.
These financial interests can't hang on without ya.

Seriously. I'd like you to explain what is wrong with Sanders being a democratic socialist?

(450 posts)That really was meant as snark.
But on reread I can see it being taken seriously.
Probably just a bit in my cups about then. I gotta watch that.
Believe me when I say Bernie all the way.
Every month I put my money down for him.
And actually I've been here for years, I just don't
post a lot. And now you can see why.

(7,723 posts)It totally jazzed me up, from the "other Sen Sanders'" intro to the raucous ending.
