In the recent debate, all Republicans candidates swore that basically they'd "bomb first and talk later." "Obama is a wimp and disrespected by the world!" Yeah, right. Sadly Obama is more respected by more of the world than he seems to be more respected in the U.S. We've been there in the Republican way and done that in terms of "Bomb!" or worse yet, "boots on the ground!" None of the verbal hawks have ever served except Lindsay Graham, and he was JAG, not combat. The "chickenhawk" attitude is dying out, but not leaving yet without a big struggle.
