(250 posts)...it is a matter of competence. The corroding of the pipes was because the correct chemicals were not added to the river water to adjust Ph. To do that is far less costly than the cluster fuck that is going on now.
The criminal part is the ignoring the problems once they were discovered and the cover ups.

Well the reason we have bates motel services is because those ritz Carleton taxes go to fund a ritz Carleton * 10 military while giving large corporations welfare at the same time we make it easier for them to off shore all profits. And that military is mostly for the benifiet of the corporations so they can peacefully exploit the world.
