(24,411 posts)in four days, on next Tuesday, Matthews will feel something going down his leg--and it won't be The usual tingle.
What a dipshit that guy is.

(24,411 posts)I could see her and Bloomberg.
Seriously. This is the only shot she has. The left is not going to come on board. They know it. The left knows it.
From a strategy point of view, I think it is smart and probably the only shot she has at winning.
There's just no way in hell for her to cobble together a win, with a traditional Dem ticket. Hillary supporters don't listen to that analysis because there's so much tension right now, and they take the analysis as an insult. However, the truth is clear. Hillary cannot win with half of the Dem party, almost no Independents and a Reoublican party that loathes her. The numbers are just not there.
A strong Independent/right-leaning VP like Bloomberg would give her some indies and some Republican votes. Bloomberg is also a NY businessman and an outsider like Trump, but without the cray cray and the racism. Hillary would finally be able to say a formal FU to the left.
Anyone who doesn't see that the Clintons are completely done with the left, is living in a fool's paradise. We started a petition to have Bill arrested for his polling-place antics and he went and did it again. Both sides are in mutual FU mode.
I think there's a very high chance of this happening.
