‘You Should Be Willing To Debate Anytime, Anywhere’

Clinton said, “[H]honestly, I mean, I just believe that this is the most important job in the world, it’s the toughest job in the world. You should be willing to campaign for every vote. You should be willing to debate anytime, anywhere.

Is there anything she could have said that would have made you consider voting for her? Bad Dog Mar 2016 #7
yes, debating and actually winning a debate would help. nt retrowire Mar 2016 #9

How can she honestly say she won't debate if anyone criticizes her. Unbelievable. Throwing away the country for selfish reasons and giving fake excuses the entire way.

And decided not debating is more advantageous, those who are criticising her for not debating probably wouldn't vote for her anyway.

we can find comfort in her being on both sides of most any issue, so her change in stance would make sense.

So she'd have to do pretty well in this one debate, so what's her motivation. At least you've had debates between Clinton and Sanders, over here Cameron pulled out of a heads of parties debate. That made him look above the affairs of the tiny parties. There were about two head to heads all election. We could have done with a few more.

I'm with you on this one, after Bush gave massive kickbacks to his sponsors after taking office. That's a law you need, to limit the direct benefits of political donations. Tony Blair had a minor scandal with Bernie Ecclestone, but it was nothing compared to Halliburton, and that was legal.

And it is not her, but the system that has me riled. I live in blue New York so me voting or not voting in the general is of little consequence. And even with all my qualms, voting for a woman would be cathartic.

Proof that Secretary Clinton actually has an appreciation of fair play and open campaigning.

I'm proud to have her as an opponent in this race.

"So shame on you, Barack Obama. It is time you ran a campaign consistent with your messages in public. That's what I expect from you. Meet me in Ohio. Let's have a debate about your tactics and your behavior in this campaign."

Obama campaign spokesman Bill Burton defended both mailings, calling them "completely accurate" in a statement. He added, “We look forward to having a debate this Tuesday on the facts,” which he said back the mailers' claims.
