The former because he gave US permission to "dream the impossible dream", the later because he heeded the advise of his wife and cousin Eleanor on policies to improve the lot of the working poor. This was an excellent reminder of the best in Progressive voices.

I want Senator Sanders to speak at the 2016 Democratic Convention. If you can volunteer to work on the convention planning, please, now is the time. We can't afford to take our marbles and go home when we are near a historic shift in the Democratic platform moving forward.
