Do we know what the state of his health is?

Could he really be sick and knows he is going to die and wants to die in office so he can have a state funeral? And a monument?

says that Trump is a textbook sociopath.

Many CEOs, as it turns out, are sociopaths. But I think Trump "trumps" them all...

And in my scoring of the Donald on this test, he actually scores around 36/40 and not 32/40.

The Hare scale is more complicated to score than that.
But he does check out items in the common definition of a Narcissistic Personality Disorder. However, the hysterical aspect is so dominant in his case that I believe a diagnosis of Histrionic Personality Disorder is more accurate.
You also see more successful people in this last category, as narcissistic individuals are completely unproductive.
That a full-blown, untreated, hysteric be at the centre of a world ruled by spectacle makes perfect sense as well.

...and I feel that passing a test like that (without cheating) should be a minimum requirement for anyone running for the highest office in the land.

I'll bet he doesn't know the bill of rights, constitution, or where our troops are already deployed. And he probably doesn't care, either.
