I don't want to be pulled over to be given ice cream.

This is an abuse of power in order to further the agenda of the holder of power (police). They need to find other ways to improve their image.

Sure, it's better than being shot, but no one likes to be pulled over for any reason! They have no right to do this just because they've decided they want to try to make themselves look good. Go into a neighborhood and give ice cream to people on the street who choose to stop by and accept it, if you must.

The fact that the power differential is intrinsic to the "prank" is a way to exercise terrifying and unequal power under cover of "benign-ness".

There's so much creepy encoding in the assumptions of this prank that my head is spinning.

Honest to God, this has to be a bad prank. Is this supposed to be funny? It sure as hell isn't. The scared look on that young lady's face pretty much says it all.

This is simply disgusting and serves NO purpose other than to show us once again they can abuse their power.

This cop needs to be pulled in, sat down, and explained just how fucking ridiculous this is and how start doing his damned job that he was hired by the public to perform.

We need to find the manufacturer of these cameras and have them make bodycams for all the other departments.
