What is to stop Democrats, (and *shudder* Trumpublicans if he wins), to pick some brilliant legal mind who is still in their 20's? or even 30's?
And why neither party takes advantage of this. I predict that in this gloves off time, that given half a chance again to pick, the GOP might just pull this. So why don't we do it first? I guess Obama is still relatively young.
