Giant panda humiliates man who climbed into zoo enclosure to 'impress women'

Yeah, this probably didn't impress them.

In an all-time bad pickup move, a 20-year-old man looking to blow the minds of his two female companions climbed into the giant panda enclosure at Nanchang Zoo in China last week. The footage was captured on video by another tourist, who probably did not expect to film that kind of animal mating ritual on his trip to the zoo.

According to the South China Morning Post, the intruder scaled a fence and jumped across a ditch to reach the panda. He gives it a little pat, and the panda springs into action, grabbing his leg and head-butting him to the ground. The man escaped unharmed but with his pants "torn to shreds."

A zoo manager said it was a lucky thing that Mei Ling, the 12-year-old panda, was feeling "playful at the time or the man might have been seriously hurt." In case you needed a reminder, pandas are cuddly 250-pound creatures with sharp claws and strong jaws. Do not mess with pandas.

Zoo staff examined Mei Ling for injuries and noted there was no blood anywhere in the enclosure.
Mei Ling is fine and, unlike the human who bothered him, really impressed all the females in the vicinity.

5. I think if he stayed longer wrestling with Mei Ling, rather than running off,

he would of had three females on his side. Mei Ling was being nice, and he brought it on.
