How do we inform people? Well, the problem is not with "information" but with "misinformation"...why don't we start by taxing the people who lie and misinform the public, such as Fox News. Republicans and Fox News know they can tell a lie today, make it into a meme, and by the time they walk it back is too late. Just like on a Soccer game, there should be a way to "yellow card" these people, and after so many "yellow cards" give them a "red card" and out of the game.
It is not that people are too busy, most people are trying to find information but when they read the papers or turn the TV on all they hear is sensationalistic garbage because that is what our media is good at, they find tabloid news to keep the masses interested.
Fix education, don't allow the "Chatter" scam to exist, put that money into public education...
And like King Mongkut used to say...etc, etc, etc.
